moss is couture skincare made in micro-batches by a small subset of extraordinary humans.
Due to this unique set of circumstances, depending on order volume, your orders may not ship next day.
We strive to ship within 5 business days of receiving your order, but during promotions, holidays and sick/travel days, orders may (very rarely, but it is possible) ship up to 2 weeks after placement.
We will do our best to notify you and help set expectations if this is the case.

Shipping is free for all orders $145 and over.
Your order will ship between 1 and 5 business days after placement (unless it is backed-ordered or pre-ordered).
We ship via first class if it is under 1 pound and via priority if it is over 1 pound. Unfortunately expedited shipping is not an option at this time.
All our USPS packages are INSURED, which is why our shipping rates might be a little higher than you see elsewhere. Package loss has become an increasingly common occurrence unfortunately.
If you have not received your shipment after 2 weeks (this is the length of time the insurance company makes us wait before we can file a claim) we will refund or reship your order.
Shipping for Canada is via USPS Intl INSURED.
Shipping for all other countries is via FedEx Economy INSURED.
We cannot guarantee tracking info for certain destinations.
Please note, there is a certain amount of risk associated with shipping internationally.
Please note, parcels do get lost and delayed OFTEN.
Packages may experience delays of over a month. Packages may get lost and never arrive.
You MUST WAIT SIX FULL WEEKS FROM THE SHIP DATE before requesting a replacement or refund – no exceptions.
High value orders are subject to additional shipping/insurance charges.
Please reach out to email@example.com as soon as you suspect your package might be lost.
At this time, we cannot change any info regarding customs declarations. Our shipping system populates that information automatically. It is a felony to misrepresent package contents and endangers our employees and our business. If you email requesting us to tamper with customs info, your order will be cancelled. Thank you for understanding.
International shipping costs are expensive. For orders over $299, please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. If the “Orders over $299” Shipping option is not selected, we cannot ship the order and it will automatically be cancelled and refunded (you will receive an email explaining why).
If tracking info is available for your order, you will receive an email when the order ships with all the info. Please give USPS 24-48 hours to activate the tracking info – if the tracking does not work, try again in 24 hours.
Unfortunately, not all orders have tracking info. For some international orders a tracking number simply does not exist.
