RETURNS + REFUNDS
As is standard in this industry, we unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges UNLESS the item has been damaged in transit or has a clear formulation defect.
If you have sensitive skin or are unsure about a purchase PLEASE sample first, to make sure you get a solution suitable for your unique skin.
Please DO NOT send merchandise back to moss without initiating a return via email contact first – it cannot be accepted/processed without a valid RA number. Returns without a valid RA number will not be processed or refunded.
Please note, we cannot replace products perceived as damaged by long exposure to heat. If you are shopping/shipping in the summer, please make sure your package has a cool destination or is immediately received.
All returns are refunded minus a 25% restocking fee. This is to cover all processing involved with the original order and the return.
Once you have received an RA #, we must receive your return within a month from the RA # issue date, otherwise the return is no longer valid.
