We will work with you to either modify your routine, replace products or refund your investment.
You must stick to the guidelines outlined on our Using the Skincare Correctly page for 2 months in order to be eligible for a refund. We cannot guarantee the skincare if you do not use it as directed. If you need more personalized assistance, please take our quiz and we will customize a ritual just for you.
We provide samples so you can make sure your skin has no reactions and you are satisfied with the scent, texture and overall experience. For this reason, we are unable to offer a refund on full size skincare if you are dissatisfied but did not order samples initially.
While we’re happy to refund/replace your return, we are unable to reimburse shipping costs for the return.
